We work with third parties to bring you the products in our store at the best prices, we also work with third party companies to handle shipping. All these coordination takes time, not to mention the actual currier time and local customs processing, and local delivery for international orders.
Shipping times are also influenced by the demand on the products on your order. We often receive large amount of orders for certain products daily. This high demand can slow down the processing times.
Nevertheless, your order should arrive in the times stated on your order confirmation and here in the FAQ. Do not worry, you will receive your order. In the highly unlikely circumstance you don't, we'll fully refund you -including shipping costs. Thank you again for your trust and for shopping with us.
Since we work with different third parties to offer our products sometimes we need to coordinate different parts of your order with different distribution centres. To speed up the shipping process and try to get your order to your door we ship each part of your order as it becomes available at No extra charge to you. You will receive the remaining of your order soon.
Shipping times vary. It can take between 20-28 days in the US and Canada and up to 60 days in other countries. Please allow that time for your product to arrive. If after those times it has not arrived, contact us at email@example.com and we'll look into the situation.
Most orders are shipped without tracking but you should expect your order in the times stated in the order confirmation email you received after placing your order. A few orders however can be tracked so if you are looking to track your order send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the product breaks or you notice a defect within 10 days of receiving it we offer to send you a new one. You would need to provide a photo of the defect for us to approve sending a new one. No refunds will be offered after purchase.
Every now and then we'll offer some products for FREE as a thank you to you for shopping with us. In this promotions you are only required to pay for shipping and you should keep in mind that we do not offer refunds for shipping costs. This promotions are final sale, we do not offer exchanges or returns unless the product is defective. If defective we'll send a replacement, but we will not take a functional product back or refund for the shipping expense.
